A telecommunications room is located on the ground floor and is the point of first fix to the site. Telecom cables are then reticulated through a riser position in the core. This riser is continuous to the roof level and is to be used for all tenant data reticulation and to connect with communication hardware to be erected at roof level. A satellite farm is provided on the roof and is intended to be the designated area for the erection of any such communications equipment.
